New Year's Noon!!!!!

Today we got together with some cool friends to "countdown to noon" so that we little people could take part in the New Years festivities! We all met at Chuy's and had party hats and noisemakers and everything! It was such a fun time with friends. I think this should be an annual tradition! Thanks for the fun times guys!!!!!!!
And, HAPPY NEW YEAR!

The Carrolls love Christmas!

This Christmas was MAGICAL. The best one yet! I have SO many wonderful memories, but I will only post some of my favorites. I will have to let the pictures speak for themselves!!!!

Merry Christmas to All.....

Tonight we got everything ready for Santa to come and I could hardly go to sleep I was SO excited! :)
First, we left a letter to Santa and Rudolph with some cookies and Rice Chex~

But, I didn't realize the cookies were for Santa only and not for me. :) I grabbed one and ate it before anyone could stop me!

Then, we read the Christmas story by candle light (Gipson tradition) and put the manger scene into place.

And THEN.....Mommy and Daddy let me open 1 gift early (a Carroll tradition) and I couldn't believe it! I was thrilled to be opening a gift on Christmas EVE!

WHOA! A bath time Elmo! Perfect! I will use it for my bath tonight~

And finally, we baked our cake for Daddy and Jesus since they share the same birthday. We sang "Happy Birthday" and I got to taste the icing and sprinkles! YUM~

I hope Santa comes to visit every one of you and that all your Christmas wishes come true. Now, let's go to sleep so morning will hurry up and be here SOON!
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL........AND TO ALL A GOOD NIGHT!

Christmas at Creekside

Last week, I got to go to the annual Creekside Christmas Extravaganza to see my Great Grandmom Jobson. She lives there and they know how to throw a Christmas party! They had live music, food and I made myself right at home entertaining everyone! :)

Here I am laughing at that funny noise Pop Pop always makes!

Uh oh....starting to get into mischief
Hmmmm....what should I get into now?

Nanny and Daddy were keeping a close eye on me!

Strutting my stuff :)
(that's right....tough guys carry sippy cups too!)

Story time with Santa!

On Wednesday, Mommy took me to Borders Book Store for "Story time with Santa". It was thrilling to meet Santa IN PERSON and get to listen to a story that he read! I can't wait to see what he brings me on Christmas Day! :)
Here I am all dressed up before we left. Mommy said I had to look my best for Santa.
Here is Santa listening to all the children tell him what they want for Christmas!

Here is Santa asking ME what I wanted for Christmas!

Santa is a great story teller!

Okay Mom, you pushed me too far. He's a nice guy but I never said I wanted to sit in his lap!

Daddy even surprised us and met us for lunch afterwards! Here we are at Starbucks!

When we got home, we looked in the sky to see if we could see Santa going back to the North Pole.

I think I saw him Mommy!!!!!!

The *Ultimate* Christmas Playgroup Party

On Monday, Brittney and Quinn hosted the *ultimate* Christmas party. Mommy says I am very lucky to be a part of such a fun group of friends because not all little boys get fun Christmas parties like this one! Please check out my buddy Quinn's blog to see how AWESOME it was!
Christmas Dudes:
Sutton, Reid, Chapman, Landon, Tanner, Quinn, Porter and Hudson
And to top it off, we drew names for gifts and Tanner got me the COOLEST gift ever! I have been wanting this! It's the Little People manger scene! Mommy reads the Christmas story to me every night and I know all the pieces now. My favorites are one of the wise men (?) and the angel on top. I think this is my favorite toy now and Mommy says it will teach me the real meaning of Christmas for years to come. Thanks T!!!!!!!! I LOVE IT! :)

Thanks to my buddies for sharing Christmas time with me!
I am so thankful for each of you! I hope your Christmas is everything you dream it will be!

We will miss you this Christmas, Nonna

"My First Christmas In Heaven"
I see the countless Christmas trees around the world below With tiny lights, like Heaven's stars, reflecting on the snow The sight is so spectacular, please wipe away the tear For I am spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year.
I hear the many Christmas songs that people hold so dear But the sounds of music can't compare with the Christmas choir up here. I have no words to tell you, the joy their voices bring. For it is beyond description, to hear the angels sing.
I know how much you miss me, I see the pain inside your heart But I am not so far away, We really aren't apart. So be happy for me, dear ones, You know I hold you dear. And be glad I'm spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year.
I sent you each a special gift, from my heavenly home above. I sent you each a memory of my undying love. After all, love is a gift more precious than pure gold. It was always most important in the stories Jesus told.
Please love and keep each other, as my Father said to do. For I can't count the blessing or love he has for each of you. So have a Merry Christmas and wipe away that tear Remember, I am spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year.

"Oh.....the weather outside is frightful...."

That's right folks....we are STILL going for our morning walks! We haven't missed a day! This is what I look like when we leave at 7:00 a.m. every single morning! Our neighbors think we are crazy, but it makes me happy, which makes Mommy and Daddy happy so it continues to be part of our "morning ritual". :)

Cozy Christmas Cuties

On Monday, Meredith hosted a wonderful Christmas playgroup! It was December 1st and we decided to kick off the Christmas season by coming all decked out in our pjs. (Moms and babies!) We had so much fun snuggling with our little ones all bundled up in their Christmas pjs! We also had great snacks and we did a Christmas book exchange. Porter had a blast (as you can tell) and so did I. Porter enjoyed playing with his buddies and coaxing all the moms to read books to him! (stinker!) He scored a wonderful Christmas counting book and he loves it.
(Thanks Tanner!)
I am SO SO thankful for my sweet Mommie friends in this group. It is no coincidence that we are all together raising boys so close in age! I believe God brought this sweet group of moms together and I feel so blessed to have them in my life!
