Good Morning Melodies

I like to "get up and go" in the mornings!  My very favorite activity (before getting dressed) is playing music.  I like to play the piano, sit in Mommy's lap while she plays piano, and get into  Daddy's guitar stuff.  It makes me SO happy! :)

Quadruple the FUN!

This week is SUPER special because my cousins are in town from Indiana!  It makes going over to Nanny and Pop Pop's extra fun because now I have other kids to play with!  I sure wish my cousins lived closer!

you get to go to the Rocket Park with your friends

you get to use sidewalk chalk!

you get to wear Crocs :)

your knees get skinned up :(

you get to drink cold juice boxes

you get to eat your lunch outside!

you get to help Daddy take the top off the jeep

you get to splash in puddles with your pals

and you get to have my favorite thing, ice cream cones!!!

you get to watch the birds come to the feeder less and less :(

you get to feed the ducks at the park

love is in the AIR!!!

I have a new love.....AIRPLANES!  

Today, we went over to Annie and Sutton's neck of the woods and met up with our playgroup at the DFW Observation Area to watch the big planes take off and land.  UP CLOSE!  It was amazing.  I didn't want to leave!  I loved the sounds the planes made and kept pointing to the planes in the air.  My favorite planes were the big UPS planes.  I hope we can go back very soon!

Maridon- my cousin and amazing friend.   She has two little girls and talk about a multi-tasker!  She is a pro and I have learned TONS from her about being a mommy!  I just wish we lived closer. :(

Ashley- She is a dear friend and a newlywed :) and super creative.  She has a way with words and is known for her funny "Ashley-isms" !!  Oh, and she and her husband just got back from a mission trip to Russia!  Amazing!

Natasha- she is my artistic friend and I am sure her precious daughter will follow in her footsteps. We met in a photography class many years ago and have been friends ever since!

Melanie~a super new mommy!  Her daughter isn't even a week old!  She is new to blogging, but I know she will soon be hooked like me!

Ally- This is a friend who I share so much in common with. We were married within months of each other, had our boys within months of each other and always seem to be able to "relate" on every level!

Melissa-a friend I met in Stroller Fit and a super cool trendy savvy mom!  She has wonderful ideas, tips and money saving tricks!

Lori- a friend from elementary school who has two boys and somehow manages a full time career and juggling her family perfectly!  I miss you girl! :)

Mommy & Me Monday

This time of year is the best because Mommy and Me Mondays are in full swing at the Dallas Arboretum!  We met up with Sutton and his mommy and some other friends to enjoy the petting zoo, a picnic and of course the Dallas Blooms!   Obviously, Sutton and I were much more interested in the metal signs and drain covers, but we still had a blast! :)
