Feelin' Good

Hey guys~ Sorry you haven't heard from me in a while. I have been feeling yucky! Mommy says I have reflux and colic. But, I am back and feelin' good!

CELEBRATIONS

Yesterday was a big day!

I went to the Dr. for my one month check-up and got an A+! I now weigh 10 1/2 pounds and I am 22 1/2 inches long! I am in the 78th percentile for weight and 90th percentile for height! Now, those are reasons to celebrate! :)

And...it was Mommy and Daddy's anniversary, so Mia and Poppy came to babysit me while they went out on a fancy date! Happy 4th Anniversary Mommy and Daddy!

Okay, today I am really making my Daddy proud! :) I can't wait to go to a football game next season!

Going Green!

I love being outside! This morning, I got to watch Mommy work in the yard. I wish I could stay outside all day!

Sanity Secrets!

Lovin' my Cousins!

Over the Labor Day weekend, I got to meet my cousins Tommy and Ashley for the first time! We had so much fun together. They live in Indiana, so it was a treat to get to see them. I just wish we lived closer together so we could play all the time!

Hey guys~ I have a new friend! His name is Zayne and his mommy and my mommy are friends. We got to play together today and it was cool hanging out with someone my own age! :)

Aunt Apryl

I finally got to spend time with my Aunt Apryl (otherwise known as Doodle) on Labor Day and we had a blast together! She held me all day and I was in heaven! :)

Tummy Time!

Hey guys~ I got to have my first tummy time last week! I just love being on the floor with my new toys! I am getting stronger every day!

This morning was hard for me and for Mommy. Daddy went back to work and we were home alone for the first time! He has helped Mommy so much so she was a little sad, but after he left we said a prayer for him and played with my new kick and crawl gym. That took our minds off things. We can't wait for him to get home tonight so we can have dinner together! :)

Thank You Mia!

I would like to introduce everyone to my Mia. She is my grandmother and I already love her so much! She came to help my Mommy when we first came home from the hospital. She likes to hold me and read books to me! I can't wait to go stay with her and Poppy when I get older! Thank you for taking such good care of me, Mia! :)

Catchin' Some Zzzzs!

Hey everybody! I would like to proudly announce that I gave my Mommy and Daddy a break last night and slept for five hours straight! That's right, all you other 3 week olds. Beat that! :)

My Crib Rocks!

I'm settling into my new home and thought I'd give you a few behind the scene shots of me relaxin' in my new crib. :) This is me hanging out with my new bud Prayer Bear. We pray together at night.


And this is my other friend, Porter the Puppy. Can you believe we have the same name? :)

My favorite place....

Now I have been home for two weeks and I really like my new surroundings. But, I have to admit, I am a daddy's boy and my very favorite place to be is nestled up next to him! We like to watch football together while we snuggle!

Checkin' up and Checkin' in!

Today, I went for my two week check-up with Dr. Geutersloh, my pediatrician. I am proud to say that I have grown a lot since I was born! I now weigh 8 lbs. 9 oz. which is 1 lb. 3 oz. more than I weighed when I left the hospital! (My mom was really happy about this!) AND....I grew a whole inch! I am currently 21 1/2 inches long! The Dr. says I am in the 50th percentile for my weight and the 80th percentile for my height. Breast milk rocks! :)
